One of the primary objectives of DATICAN is to enhance capacity in data science, with a particular focus on applications in medicine. To accomplish this goal, we are currently engaged in training programs for PhD students, MSc students, and junior faculty members from three prominent universities in Nigeria: Lagos State University (LASU), University of Ibadan, and Redeemer's University. The individuals selected for this training are referred to as DATICAN scholars, and their names are listed below.
